1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

6.2 Bet Acceptance

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

6.4 Live Betting

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by You

Any active bonus funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Where termination is initiated by www5 for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, any real funds balance will be returned to the player.

14 Amendments to These Terms

www5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
